The City of Anoka is in the process of updating its plan for the Anoka Station Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area and would like your input. The Anoka Station TOD area is generally located between Highway 10 on the south, Grant Street on the north, the Rum River on the west, and 7^th Avenue on the east. The update of the 2012 Anoka Station Transit Oriented Development plan is underway due to the acquisition of the Miller manufacturing building in the summer of 2023. Recognizing that additional industrial in the area is not desired, the planning process included a market study and exploration of concepts for residential and commercial uses. 

INSTRUCTIONS

• Click on the ABOUT tab to learn more about the project and instructions for using the site.
• Click on any of the concept tabs on the left side of the screen to view the two draft concepts.
• Drag the icons located at the top of the page onto the map to designate and comment on specific areas of interest. Feel free to place multiple markers per category. You can 'like' or 'dislike' comments left by others or start a conversation.  
• Click on the stacked diamond icon on the right side of the screen to switch map views between basic and satellite if you'd like.
