The City of Inver Grove Heights is conducting a small area planning study for the portion of the City bound by Yankee Doodle Road on the north, the City of Eagan boarder on the west, Alverno Avenue on the east, and to the southern boundary of the RM Ranch property. This area has partially developed over the last decade and seen significant changes with improvements to Argenta Trail and Yankee Doodle Road. The area is also part of the Northwest Area of Inver Grove Heights that has seen gradual development since the beginning of the 2000s and extensive land use and infrastructure planning over the last two decades.
